Empower shy, quiet, and overlooked women to stop hiding in the shadows and ditch the self-doubt, fear, and overthinking. Through the Pearl of Grace®, I guide women to embrace their worth, shine with confidence, and speak with clarity, courage, and a dash of sass. My mission is simple: your voice matters, and it’s time the world hears it.

I believe there is always a solution—even for the problems that feel impossible, like communication struggles that leave you feeling stuck, unseen, or misunderstood. Grace lives within you, supported by the grace of something greater, and I’m here—Grace, The Woman’s Truth Awakener and Professional Communication Strategist—to walk alongside you so you can finally find your voice, speak your truth, and be heard.

As an Asian American woman raised in a traditional household, I was taught that “good girls are to be seen, not heard.” Maybe you’ve heard a similar message growing up—that your voice didn’t matter, that speaking up wasn’t safe. For years, I carried that belief, shrinking myself in conversations and feeling anxious every time I tried to speak up. I know what it’s like to hold back, to silence yourself, to feel overlooked.

It took me years to start valuing my own opinions, honoring my worth, and creating healthy boundaries. Along the way, I identified what I now call Stagnant Communication Syndrome™—the patterns of overexplaining, staying silent, or speaking from fear that keep so many women from being fully seen and heard. Through my own growth, I created a system that helped me break free, and today I guide other women to do the same—so they can stop overthinking, stop apologizing, and start communicating with confidence, clarity, and grace.

My professional background gave me a deep respect for the power of communication. With over 20 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist, I’ve helped individuals and families learn how to connect again after neurological injury or developmental delays. And in my personal life, I’ve lived through the pain of communication breakdown in my own marriage—times when it felt like we were speaking two different languages and misunderstanding was the norm. Those struggles led me to study not only why communication breaks down but also how to repair it and strengthen it.

Now, it’s my mission to empower shy, quiet, and overlooked women to step into their worth, find their voice, and speak their truth without fear. Through my signature Pearl of Grace® Experience, along with my book, workbook, and card decks, I teach women how to value themselves and their opinions, set boundaries without guilt, repair conversations when they go wrong, and shine with confidence both at home and at work. Because when you own your voice, you don’t just change the conversation—you change your life.
